Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

 

All returns must be postmarked within one (1) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

To return an item, please email customer service at info@healthfocus.store to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.

 

REFUNDS

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

EXCEPTIONS

 

The following items cannot be exchanged:

● Items cannot be returned if the outer safety seal has been broken or removed.

●Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

●All shipments ordered on www.healthfocus.store, and the delivery address is in the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, are sent via courier service (ExpressOne), whose delivery time is 48 hours. The ordered products are packed in such a way that they are not damaged during normal handling. On occasion after taking over, the buyer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment and, in case of damage, immediately report the product to the delivery person (employee of the company making the delivery). The seller waives all responsibility for damage that may occur during delivery. The courier service will try to contact and deliver the package twice. If, for any reason, the buyer fails to pick up the shipment from the courier service, the shipment will be returned to the headquarters of Health Focus d.o.o.. In this case, the buyer is obliged to bear all the costs incurred due to not accepting the obligation to pick up the shipment. The customer can make a return of the shipment within 1 (one) day from the date of receipt of the shipment.
